1 October 2021 marked the start of the operational phase for the cross-equity investment agreements forged between Industeam and Emsil Group.
Specifically, the INDUSTEAM EAST EUROPE subsidiary, which is majority-owned by Industeam, is now spreading its wings as a manufacturer of the mechanically welded equipment and prefabricated piping required for the projects managed by the Group. The subsidiary's production capacities will soon be scaled up with a dedicated area for pre-assembling the industrial production lines that the Industeam Group designs and manufactures for its international customers. Industeam East Europe will harness the production assets used to manufacture oversize parts, which happens to be the area of expertise of Emsil Group's production units in Cluj and Oradea.
Emsil Group is Romania's leading manufacturer of large-scale machine tools, and its activities will dovetail seamlessly with the diversified range of products marketed by Industeam.
